Consultation
All Interior Solutions begin this way. Expect a brief meeting where we learn about you, your project and how we can work together.
Drawings may be required for a quote.

Site Visit
To provide our clients with the best service, we love to connect in person and view the property prior to installation. During this visit, we may take pictures and measurements.

Curate
Unlike many property stagers, we are pleased to provide bespoke design schemes for all projects taking into consideration your target audience.

Installation
We source, assemble and style your property with relevant items from our inventory. Depending on the project, installation can take up to three working days.

Refresh
We can visit the property regularly to maintain the upkeep. This may include freshening oil diffusers, dusting artificial fruit/flowers and removing junk mail.

Collection
Congratulations on selling your property!
We work with our clients to ensure that the property remains furnished until contracts ar exchanged. We will arrange a hassle-free destage.

Physical staging involves placing real furniture and décor into a property, while virtual staging uses digital technology to create photorealistic furnished images of a space. Both help buyers visualise the potential, but virtual staging is faster, more flexible, and ideal for empty or off-plan homes.

Good planning allows for us to provide you with great service so please get in touch as soon as you have decided to sell your property. If you are a developer and the property is at the planning stage, it is worth us looking at plans, providing a quote and provisionally holding some dates for when the build will be completed.

Yes. We offer full furniture packages for staging projects, carefully selected to suit your property and ideal buyer profile. For vacant homes, we also offer rental packages or digital alternatives.

We’ll always tailor the style to complement your property and target market. We work collaboratively during the planning stage to align with your vision and preferences, while ensuring mass appeal.

Physical staging is installed for 8–12 weeks, with the option to extend.
Virtual staging, of course, lasts as long as your listing does - it’s yours to keep and reuse.

Of course. Potential buyers are more than welcome to purchase our furniture if they are in love with a particular piece or would like their new property to be a turn key experience. Let us know as soon as you are aware that the buyers would like to keep the furniture and we can take it from there.

We do not currently provide window treatments such as curtains, voiles and blinds in our Staging packages however we can advise and source these under our Interior Design Service.

For physical staging, we typically have an installation window of up to 3 days after access is granted.
Virtual staging is can be quicker—depending on the scope. Our clients have received completed project just 5 working days after the initial consultation.

Costs vary depending on the size, location, and style of the property. We offer tailored quotes following a free consultation (and site visit*), and also offer fixed-price virtual staging packages for faster projects.
